421. Use Italics for Book, Magazine, and Newspaper Titles

Anytime you write the title of a book, a magazine, or a newspaper, you must either underline or italicize the title. If you are writing by hand, you should underline the title. When typing on a computer, you will italicize the title. Click on the slanted I when you want to italicize.

Here are some examples:
The Chicago Tribune
The Washington Post
Reader’s Digest
Better Homes and Gardens
Pride and Prejudice
A Tale of Two Cities

Remember to italicize the titles of books, newspapers, and magazines.
