806. Future Tense Verbs

Action that occurs after this present moment is considered to be in the future. We use future tense for verbs to show action that occurs after the present moment. Future tense verbs need a helping verb. The most common helping verb for future tense is the word will.

Here are some examples of verbs in future tense.
I will read to you.
John will drive to the store.
Mom will cook dinner tonight.
The children will play a game.

Use the helping verb will in front of an action verb to show future tense.
