Verbs in future tense show something that happens after right now.
Future tense might be a minute after right now, or it might be years from now.
If something happens after this exact moment, it is in future tense.
To make a verb show future tense, use the helping verb will along with the main verb.
Present tense: I run to school.
Future tense: I will run to school.
Present tense: I eat breakfast every morning.
Future tense: I will eat breakfast every morning.

Singular nouns in present tense use a verb with an -s at the end.
I make dinner. BUT – Mom makes dinner.

In future tense, the verb with a singular noun does not get an -s.
