Books, plays, poems, stories, songs, and newspaper articles are some of the written works that have a title.
Whenever we write a title, certain words in the title must be capitalized.
Always capitalize the first and last word of the title. If the title is only one or two words long, the entire title will be capitalized.

For longer titles, there are certain words that do not get capitalized.
Do not capitalize the articles a, an, the unless they are the first or last word.
Do not capitalize the smallest prepositions – at, by, to, of, in, with, on, up, upon, as, from – unless they are the first or last word.
Do not capitalize the coordinating conjunctions – for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so – unless they are the first or last word.
All nouns, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, and verbs get capitalized in a title.

The first and last word of a title are always capitalized. Also capitalize all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs and larger prepositions.
