1199. Change a Noun to an Adjective with -less

We can make a noun into an adjective by adding -less.
fear – fearless
hope – hopeless
smoke – smokeless
mother – motherless

The child has no mother. She is a motherless child.

Add -less to a noun to make it into an adjective.

It’s your turn. Add -less to one of the nouns in the first sentence, then write the new word – an adjective – into the second sentence. There was not a single flaw in Mary’s dance performance. It was a _____ performance. Did you figure it out? Good for you!
